    September 17-19 – Family Camping Weekend at Beechwood State Park. A fundraising event sponsored By ALASA Academy, Inc., the annual Family Camping Weekend will be held Sept. 17-19 at Beechwood State Park on the shore of Lake Ontario in Sodus, NY. Now managed by the Town of Sodus, Beechwood offers rustic camping facilities for tents and campers. A Chuck Wagon Dinner will be held on Saturday night along with a group campfire and karaoke. On-site activities for your family include hiking trails, fishing, kayaking, lake shore and stream exploration, a haunted woods walk, horse trails and more. Come join us and spend relaxing quality time with family and friends enjoying nature and the surrounding Wayne County environment while supporting an organization dedicated to the nurturing and development of children. Campsite Donation: $30 (for 2 nights) Dinner Donation: $8 adult/$4 child/$25 max per family.
