7:00 Program: The Wegmans / FLT Passport Project

You've seen this around various towns and parks in the Rochester area, now its expanding to the Finger Lakes Trail System! Recently, the Finger Lakes Trail Conference, in conjunction with Wegmans, Eastern Mountain Sports, Monro Muffler Brake, and Hickory Hill Family Camping Resort, embarked upon a "Passport" project to introduce people to the Finger Lakes Trail. Gene Bavis, the Executive Director of the Finger Lakes Trail Conference, will speak about the Passport Program and the Finger Lakes Trail in general. Copies of the Passport Booklet will be available for those attending. This is the perfect time to find out more about the Finger Lakes Trail System.

This event is free and open to the public. For more information, call the club hotline at 987-1717 or www.gvc-adk.org. The meeting is handicapped accessible and interpreters for the deaf are available by calling 394-5856 one week before the meeting.

The Genesee Valley Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club is the second largest chapter with almost 3,000 members. We offer local area hikes every weekend and events for all seasons as well. Event information is available at www.gvc-adk.org or by calling the chapter hotline at 987-1717.
