PAL-MAC SHUTS OUT NEWARK IN VOLLEYBALL

   NEWARK (OCT 13 10) -- The Lady Reds volleyball got shut out by Pal-Mac last night, 3-0, with the Red Raiders dominating, 23-25, 17-25 and 19-25.  
   "We really struggled to control the ball and had several mental lapses and made too many mistakes," said Newark coach Matt May.  "Allison Miller led us with seven kills and four blocks.  Our next match is at Penn Yan on Thursday."
