Finger Lakes IMPACT football team has gathered 2 more strong victories, 70-6 and 40-6, in the Northeastern Football alliance, all as a result of team play. At home in Waterloo on June 18 IMPACT defeated the Southern Tier Diesel 70-6. Kicker Colin Rivers was successful on 10 of 10 extra points and also made a reception of a pass from rookie quarterback Grant Oosterling. Other contributions were made by Jessie Higgins, Joeroy Baker, Mark Spencer Jr., Ron Smith, Willie McGriff, William Bell, Alton "Newt" Jones, Jesse Boring, and the defense.

Last Saturday, June 25, saw a trip to Bradner Stadium in Olean for a game against Jamestown, with a final score of 40-6. Quarterback Jessie Higgins made 6 of 14 completions for 305 yards and 4 touchdowns. "Newt" Jones had 185 yards, and Joeroy Baker completed 78 yards and 2 touchdowns. Also contributing to the important victory were Earl Hudson and Mark Spencer Jr. along with the defense.
IMPACT now has a 4 and 0 record going into the League's 4th of July bye weekend. The team will continue to work on their plays in practices.

The IMPACT Organization rates high in home field facilities, concession stand, friendliness, and contact with the fans. Consider attending the next home game against the Buffalo Gladiators on Saturday July 9. This game will be a benefit for Milly's Pantry. Kickoff is 7:30 at Tom Coughlin Stadium in Waterloo New York.
