Wayne County is host to many Farmers’ markets this season. Local farmers and merchants will offer home grown Wayne County produce, baked goods and a variety of hand made arts & crafts. Come and enjoy coffee and special events while visiting with friends and neighbors.

The Clyde Farmers’ Market is located at Village Park on South Park St. in Clyde, New York. Drop by to see for yourself. Call to learn more about its assortment of organic food, fruits, crafts, vegetables and local specialties. Hours are May-October Thursday, 4pm to 8pm. For more information call (315) 923-9307.

The Lyons Farmers’ Market opens its season on Saturday, June 11 through October 22. Market hours are 7:30am to 11am around the Central Park on Church Street. Jim Murphy will play American classics on keyboard opening day accompanying a bake sale by the Lyons Main Street Program. More bake sales, music by area musicians and special events are planned for each Saturday this year. Vendors must grow, bake or make at least 75% of what they sell. The Macedon Farmers' Market is sponsored by the town of Macedon. This farmers market is located at Town Hall / Public Library, 32 Main St, NY. Come visit and take a look and learn more about its selection of local specialties, crafts, organic food, vegetables and fruits. Hours are Mid-July-October Wednesday, 4pm to 7pm.

The Newark Farmers' Market is held at the Central Park off of Main St. in the village. The market is open every Thursday from 2:30pm to 6pm. This market features local farmers offering a variety of produce, baked goods and plants. All of vendors grow at least 75% of what they sell; all other produce must come from within New York State.

The Palmyra Farmers' Market is sponsored by the Village of Palmyra. It's held every Tuesday from 3pm to 7pm from June thru the end of October. The Market is held at the Palmyra Village Park...across from the Village Hall located at 144 East Main Street. The market features locally grown produce sold by the growers themselves, including fruits & vegetables, maple syrup, flowers, eggs, cheese, jams and homemade baked goods, and more! The Palmyra Farmers' Market accepts FMNP and WIC Vegetable and Fruit Checks.

Local farmers and gardeners will be offering fresh fruits and vegetables as well as flowers at the Sodus Farmers' Market. Other vendors will be offering baked goods, garden plants and lavender products. Local crafters will be offering handmade items. There will be no flea market items except during advertised special events. Local restaurant owners will be offering pulled pork barbecue, barbecued chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, Mexican cuisine and ice cream products. Some farmers will be accepting FMNP and senior coupons and WIC as of July 1. This market is sponsored by the United Third Methodist Church. Located in the parking lot at 58 W. Main St., Sodus. Open every Wednesday beginning June 15 from 2:30pm to 6pm.
