Everybody talks about the Emerald Ash Borer but what do we really know about this emerging threat to our native Ash trees? The Williamson Garden Club is pleased to announce that Laurie VanNostrand, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Wayne County Master Gardener will present a talk detailing the facts about the emerald ash borer, and what impact it is having locally and throughout the Rochester region.
This free public presentation will take place Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 7 p.m. in the community room of the Williamson Free Public Library. Come and learn more about this invasive and destructive pest and its potential impact on native ash trees.
