A display in the glass cabinet at the Lyons Public Library celebrates the 100th Anniversary of the founding of the Girl Scouts of America. Many of the items that are featured are from local Girl Scout Troop 9008, led by Linda Guest, also a staff member at the library. Other items were donated by leaders of different troops. Take a look at the many badges that can be earned by Girl Scouts, at an older version of a Brownie Cap as well as information about the many service projects done locally.

For more information on displays, please call the Lyons Public Library, 122 Broad Street, at (315) 946-9262.
