Nordic Walking

Where: Ontario Community Center @ Casey Park, 6551 Knickerbocker Rd., Ontario, NY

• Approximately 1 mile north of Route 104, 3 miles south of Lake Road

This even is free and open to the public. Nordic Walking increases cardio by 30% and decreases joint pressure by 40%. Adventure Out! founder and Outdoor Recreation Guide, Julie Doyle-Foster will show you how to add Nordic Walking to your fitness routine. All you need to bring is your sense of adventure. Dress for outdoors / poles will be provided.
