The Summer Sidewalk Festival in the Village of Macedon was a huge success. Merchants participating were : Books Etc, Turn it Around, Covetts Cove and The Gingerbread House. These merchants held a fundraiser for Melissa's Living Legacy a foundation for teens with cancer. Each participating merchant painted a chair to be auctioned off with proceeds going to the charity. The fundraiser is called Chairs for Charity. During the event gift baskets were auctioned off to raise money to be donated to The Butterfly trail. Funds in the amount of $60 were raised and donated to this great Tourist Attraction.
