Displays and vendors in the tent include information on the New York State Grange that was founded in 1873. Today, more than 187 local Granges statewide have a total membership of more than 7,000 advocates for responsible government, and strong families and rural communities.
Elizabeth ‘Tibbie’ Dell and her champion show dog and Certified Therapy canine Sparks start things off at 9:30am each day with a demonstration on how dogs learn. Throughout the day, visitors enjoy programs by the NYS Grange Youth, the Council on Alcoholism, Just Relax Massage, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Seneca County, and Youngivity. Vendors offer crafts, quilting crafts, educational books, Thirty-One products, jewelry, and tops.
The daily lineup features musical entertainment by the Pocket Change Band from 2:30pm until the show closes at 5pm on Tuesday and Wednesday and 4pm on Thursday.
