Reliant Community Credit Union Spreading Holiday Cheer to Area Children this Year
“Angel Trees” will arrive in all Reliant branches Friday, 27 November 2009. The trees will be decorated with festive, handmade angel ornaments, which contain the age and “gift wish” of a child in need from our community. This year Reliant has partnered with numerous community organizations and “adopted” 175 angels from throughout our area.
In celebration of the holiday season and the credit union philosophy of “People helping people”, Reliant Community Credit Union is encouraging members, employees and non-members alike to stop in to the nearest Reliant branch and consider purchasing a gift for one of these “special angels.” Each branch will collect those gifts that are donated and distribute them among local charities and community organizations.
