SUBMITTED by Nanette P. Hance, Artisans' Loft (7-Jun-2010)

Artisans' Loft will hold its first annual "Positively Pultneyville" art show and sale during the 2010 Pultneyville Homecoming Festival on July 17 & 18.

The show will include oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolors, photography, ceramics, and more. To qualify for entry into the show, all work must  feature scenes of Pultneyville--either current or historic images.

Area artists who currently show their work at Artisans' Loft, or who may be new to the gallery, are invited to submit entries for the July show. The entry fee is $15 per submission and space will be limited to the first 100 entries. Space reservations must be made no later than June 20th. All work must be received in the gallery by July 10th and must be ready-to-hang at time of delivery.

A "Positively Pultneyville" trophy will be presented for Best of Show and ribbons will be presented to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Artists are encouraged to reserve space as soon as possible and can do so by emailing nhance@artisansloft.net or by calling 315.589.5000.

Artisans' Loft is a fine art and gift gallery that features the work of over 60 local, regional and nationally acclaimed artists and is located in The Landing at Pultneyville at 4135 Mill Street.

With the addition of a Wine & Jazz Fest also planned for Saturday, July 17th, this year's Pultneyville Homecoming event is expected to bring more visitors to the area than ever before who will discover the "Art of Pultneyville" and enjoy food, fun, antiques, wine, jazz, antique cars, a parade, and more!
