What a treat! Author / Illustrator Peter Spier made a quick stop by Village Bookmarket, 207 East Main St., Palmyra, NY, on Saturday, November 6 to say hello and sign some copies of his book "The Erie Canal".

Mr. Spier was in the area for the dedication of a mural depicting his book. The mural is in Brockport, NY.
