If you want to get outdoors but don't know where to start - this is the place! The EXPO offers you a day of learning opportunities to enhance your enjoyment for outdoor recreation on both land and water. You can participate in over 60 workshops for hiking, canoeing, kayaking, backpacking, camping, bicycling and many other related outdoor skills. Test paddle the latest in kayaks and canoes on the pond. Check out the newest gear from local vendors. Meet representatives of over 50 local outdoor clubs and organizations. Learn about organizations that share your love of the outdoors. Free & Open to the public. Refreshments will be available and music will be provided by the Golden Link Folk Singing Society.
This one day event will be on June 9th at Mendon Ponds Park Beach Area, from 9:00 to 4:00. Free & Open to the public.
