The second week of July at the Lyons Public Library, 122 Broad Street, has lots of fun in store for kids. All of the programs take place at 1 p.m. in the Community Room.
  • On Mon., July 9th come and join 4H for Out of this World with Rockets and shoot a rocket into the sky. Registration is preferred for this program. 
  • Then on Tues., July 10th create your own Shadow Garden with the Master Gardeners of Wayne County. 
  • Listen to the Genesee Storytellers on Wed., July 11th and "Dare to Dream" as you listen to tales from around the world. 
  • Stop in at the library on Thurs., July 12th for a visit Wayne County Humane Society will visit. Learn about some animals and listen to stories. 
  • Finish up the week on Fri., July 13th with Peppermint Crafts and get to make crafts/treats with peppermint.
