The Victor RailRiders, the newest members of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League, have named veteran skipper Dan Shwam as their Head Coach for the 2015 season.

Shwam has recorded more than 660 victories and three league championships as a minor league manager as well as 100 more wins and another championship piloting collegiate level teams, including stints in the PGCBL with the Cooperstown Hawkeyes and Elmira Pioneers. He has been named Manager/Coach of the Year on four different occasions.

"We knew coming into the PGCBL and starting our recruitment this late we needed an experienced leader who has successfully done this before.  Back in 2010, Coach Shwam didn't start recruitment for his Elmira team until well into the start of the college baseball season and still lead the Pioneers to an NYCBL Western Division Championship," said RailRiders owner Jim Ludwig.

The RailRiders are the newest member of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League.  Their inaugural season starts on June 2 with a contest against the 2014 PGCBL West Division Champion Newark Pilots at Victor Central High School.  The RailRiders will call Victor Central HS home in 2015.
